We haven’t yet got any response from Reliance people.
Reliance guy at Reliance world in my home town Shahjahanpur was kind enough and day before gave his modem till the time we get our repaired modem back.
Now, I don’t know what made him take this decision after a month…If this nice gesture is his personal call …. Thanks to him
OR … it is result of these mails and blog posts … i have no way to validate …
In any case … It would have been much better experience if this simple decision could have been taken earlier …building better customer service experience is not that difficult…
Agreed that there is problem of providing services in parts of India … however you don’t need rocket science to think of ways to build customer relationship and think of simple ways for better over all experience … Least we expect from service provider is communication and the feeling that somebody at their end do care and listen to us … How difficult is that?
Yet to receive modem …. I also submitted the link to this blog on Reliance website …Just got standard message saying …Thanks for your feedback …somebody from Reliance will get back to you in five working days ..Is anybody listening in Reliance?
