On the top, people like these 'Archana Dhawle' add to frustration more!!! Gosh!!! Services like Reliance & the non-progressive complaint procedures makes living so difficult in India. I also thought of pulling RIM to consumer court - but i was told it's of no use (by an advocate) so .... u see im totally lost :( How r u managing your frustration?
