They say that they are here to serve consumer … however are they really serving us or are they just in the business of giving us headache ….
Once the product is sold our service companies ranging from Telecom, insurance, Banking etc Forget us and go to a long deep slumber !!! Any problem they keep tossing you from one place to another ….
especially in Telecom industry … they keep tossing you from equipment manufacturer to service provider …. or from software provider to hardware manufacturer …. end result is NO service …
We as a consumer have to speak …. speak it aloud …. if you have any consumer woes … and these service providers ever made you feel like an ass …then we will have to tell that we are not ….through this blog I will be sharing my experiences as a consumer … i promote you too do the same … simply leave a comment with your mail id and I will get back to you … If you want to contribute regularly ….tell me, I will love to have you as a contributor to this blog….
